Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting changes in condition to physicians.
Utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
Communicating effectively to team, residents, and families.
Building strong relationships.
