Capital Health is the region’s leader in providing progressive, quality patient care with significant investments in our exceptional physician staff, as well as advanced technology. This position will be based out of our RMC campus (Level II Trauma Center and advanced comprehensive stroke center) and will be involved in all aspects of departmental clinical pharmacy services. The hospital-based clinical pharmacy team is comprised of a Clinical Pharmacy Manager and seven clinicians in the areas of Critical Care, Infectious Disease, Emergency Medicine as well as two PGY‑1 pharmacy residents and one PGY‑2 critical care pharmacy resident. Pharmacy services are provided throughout both institutions via centralized and decentralized operations utilizing an integrated EMR and automation.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience

Applicants must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and have completed at least two years of residency training or equivalent experience. Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey.

Certifications/Licenses

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey. Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or any the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BCPS), or other relevant board certification, is expected within two years of hire.
