Job Overview
Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday
Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (overtime as needed)

What Does It Mean To Be Part of the Warehouse Coordinator Team? A Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse by ensuring that inventory is properly received, stored, and distributed. This role involves coordinating various warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and stock management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Coordinator works closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure operational goals are met while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinates check‑in of inbound drivers and processes paperwork
Handles purchase order discrepancies and closes out purchase orders for receiving
Prints and collates order labels and invoices for shipping and receiving
Distributes daily selection orders and advanced shipping notices to selectors and receivers
Performs repack quality audits for shipping
Tracks and files orders in the computer system
Performs miscellaneous clerical duties such as running computer reports, filing, maintaining computer spreadsheets, copying and routing incoming calls to appropriate area
Maintains a clean, shared workspace
Performs all relevant duties as required
Job Requirements
Warehouse, operations, or transportation experience preferred but not required
Ability to prioritize and work independently with good organizational and time‑management skills
Strong knowledge of applicable computer system functions and RF systems
Understands procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes
Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to interact with all departments and all levels of management
Good judgment is required as supervision may not always be immediately available
Physical Environment
Most work is performed in a temperature‑controlled office environment
Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal
Tasks require typing, filing, grasping, fine manipulation, reaching with hands and arms, speaking, and hearing
Use of calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment during normal workday
Minimal stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching required
Occasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 35 °F to 90 °F
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
