Telehealth Mental Health Therapist – Bright Client Team – Georgia
Brightways Counseling Group seeks dedicated clinicians to join our telehealth team. Compensation is directly linked to the number of clients you see, rewarding hard work and dedication.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Master’s in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or other qualified degree.
Licensure in Georgia:
active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license or willingness to obtain licensure in Georgia.
Licensure in Oregon:
licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon.
Experience:
Provide behavioral health services using evidence‑based practices to clients of all ages; expertise in working with any age group from children to adults.
Licensure & Location Requirements To be eligible for this telehealth position, you must meet both of the following requirements:
You must reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in the state of Georgia.
You must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oregon.
We’ll cover the cost of your Oregon license after your first 30 days. If you decide to move on within your first six months, the licensure cost must be repaid.
Position Details
Team delivers telehealth services to commercially insured clients; manage lower‑acuity cases with focus on therapeutic engagement and long‑term wellness.
Location:
Remote (U.S.-based, work from home); reliable internet and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA‑compliant workspace required.
Position Type:
Full‑time, W2‑employee.
Client Caseload:
25 clients per week (one‑hour sessions) minimum expectation for full‑time; additional clients possible.
Background Check Requirement Background check will be performed on all hires post‑offer. Employment contingent on passing.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:
Earn between $59,000 and $78,000 per year, depending on mix of sessions and assessments. Flexibility to choose a four‑ or five‑day week.
Paid Time Off:
Two weeks PTO per year.
