who is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about giving back. This role offers
hands‑on experience in event coordination, nonprofit fundraising, and community engagement

As an Entry‑Level Event Assistant, you will help plan and execute
charity events and community outreach campaigns , working directly with nonprofit partners and event attendees. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in
event planning, nonprofit marketing, or community engagement . Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of
charity events and fundraising campaigns Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination Share information about nonprofit partners, programs, and initiatives Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a professional and approachable manner Help maintain a positive, mission‑driven atmosphere at all events Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations Collect feedback and assist with
post‑event reporting and follow‑up Ideal Candidate Profile
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask Team‑oriented with a positive, growth‑focused mindset Reliable and motivated to make a difference in the community Experience in events, outreach, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
