Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs for production equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records and inspections.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on process optimization and capital projects.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to support uninterrupted operations.
What we Look for in a Candidate
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
