12/23/2025 Cumming First UMC is seeking a part-time Coordinator of Facilities Maintenance to help ensure our church campus is safe, functional, and welcoming for worship and ministry. Responsibilities include coordinating routine maintenance and repairs, supporting ministry space setup, and working with volunteers and vendors. This position averages
20 hours per week
with flexible scheduling; occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Qualifications:
Experience in building or facility maintenance preferred; basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; strong communication and time-management skills; team-oriented spirit; alignment with the mission and values of The United Methodist Church. To apply:
