Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Job Overview
We are seeking to immediately hire an experienced Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home health speech therapy services to children with special needs. The role offers work‑life balance, flexible caseload, and a competitive pay arrangement.
Responsibilities
Offer clinical treatment including screening, evaluation, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
Conduct evaluations with focus on receptive and expressive language, speech fluency, vocal and oral motor competence, articulation, and auditory skills.
Coordinate care with office staff and other clinicians.
Communicate patient progress, home program, and other issues with families.
Refer patients to appropriate services and resources.
Consult with physicians on patient progress and maintain appropriate records.
Maintain supplies and equipment.
Participate in QAPI program, continuing education activities, and performance improvement efforts.
Maintain productive caseload and adhere to company policies.
Backup service provider for other caseloads as needed.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Current state‑issued professional licensure.
Valid state driver license.
CPR certified.
Preference for pediatric clinical experience and home health experience.
Detail‑oriented, strong organizational skills, and excellent critical thinking.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in small group settings.
