Regulatory Support Associate – Overview
Join Deutsche Bank’s Business Supervisory Office (BSO) in New York, NY. As a Regulatory Support Associate, you will work directly with the Front Office and Operations to provide day‑to‑day control functions over the Private Bank’s Ultra‑High Net Worth Banking and Brokerage client relationships. The role offers opportunities for professional development and involvement in client account activities, correspondence reviews, and project work.
What You’ll Do
Maintain client accounts in collaboration with Investment Managers and Customer Service.
Manage trade allocation and provide important daily management reporting to sales and supervisory teams.
Review incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Execute project work tied to regulatory or servicing initiatives.
Skills You’ll Need
Relevant industry experience in Regulatory & Supervision with Broker/Dealer and/or Private Banking.
Strong risk mindset and analytical mindset with an ability to deliver key insights.
Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for specific regulatory controls.
Prior experience working with international clientele/organizations preferred.
FINRA licensing such as the Series 7 is not required but encouraged for development.
Expectations Employees in this role will work primarily in the New York office, adhering to Deutsche Bank’s hybrid working model. The position requires reasonable accommodations for candidates in need of disability or religious support.
Salary $54,000 to $83,500 per year, subject to experience, location and qualifications.
