Regional Business Manager, Wound Reconstruction & Care - Northwest is responsible for the management of a region defined by sales territories within the Wound Reconstruction domestic sales organization to achieve sales and marketing goals and contribute to Integra LifeSciences. Under the supervision of the Area Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager oversees direct sales personnel within the assigned region and represents the company in a manner consistent with policy and procedure at conventions and key customer gatherings. Responsibilities

Develop realistic and achievable quarterly sales objectives with each representative. Demonstrate a high level of business acumen to maximize contribution margin through pricing decisions, expense decisions, and use of organizational resources (Clinical Education, Product Specialists, Sales Support and Training). Prepare and present the Regional Business Plan to the Vice President of Sales or Area Sales Director, encompassing territory contribution projections, and maintain/update this Plan on a routine basis. Analyze sales, marketing and financial information to monitor achievement toward sales and margin goals. Work with sales representatives to plan, target and close local business opportunities. Operate within defined budgets. Staff the region effectively and maintain communications with sales personnel in accordance with company policy and values. Interact with Human Resources regarding personnel hiring, development plans, improvements, and terminations. Provide input and instruction to functions within Integra that support ongoing sales channel development. Monitor and manage representatives’ use and adoption of Sales Intelligence Tools (e.g., Sales Force Automation, Sales CUBE). Routinely interface with existing and potential key customers. Inform Sales and Marketing teams promptly of competitive activities, industry trends and product acceptance. Coordinate contract proposals with Integra Legal and Sales Departments. Develop rapport and positive business environments with nationally recognized key customers to build the company image. Participate in routine sales meetings and represent the company in a manner consistent with policy at conventions and customer gatherings. Adhere to the Advamed Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Masters/MBA degree preferred. 5+ years of successful sales and sales management in the medical device marketplace (direct sales or distributorship). 3+ years of sales management experience; preference for candidates with management experience in a device company and direct sales/distributor experience. Proven track record of growing a region with independent distributors and driving revenue year over year. Willingness to take responsibility for sales within the defined territory and to be held accountable for regional goals. Strong business management, interpersonal, and computer skills; excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. Stable work history and willingness to travel as needed. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
