This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Associate at eXp Commercial. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the commercial real estate market. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating transactions. The role also involves staying informed about market trends to consistently deliver value to clients. Qualifications
Experience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management Strong knowledge of market research, property valuation, and trend analysis Ability to identify and develop prospects through networking and lead generation Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Proficiency in using technology and virtual platforms for client engagement Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Real estate license or willingness to obtain one Prior experience in commercial real estate is a plus This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position and offers a competitive brokerage split based on performance. Primary Focus: Medical Office and Multifamily investment sales. You will receive hands-on training across the full transaction lifecycle, including outbound prospecting, conducting client meetings, preparing and presenting offering memorandums, drafting contracts, and building comprehensive due diligence packages from inception to close.
