Job Description

Other duties as assigned.

Manages access to credentialing databases and ensures data security. Liaises with credentialing bodies, responds to inquiries, and provides status updates.

Develops and implements credentialing processes and policies.

Verifies and maintains accurate records of healthcare professionals’ qualifications, licenses, and certifications.

Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements necessary upgrades.

Coordinates with IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless network operations.

Provides regular updates on network status and documents changes and procedures.

Ensures timely processing of credentialing applications and maintains accurate records.

Manages the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the network to ensure reliability, security, efficiency, and accuracy of data.

Demonstrated strong ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Provides training on credentialing procedures and updates to staff.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s (Required)

Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range $72,786.83 - $135,385.27
