Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics
Ensure jobsite safety and clear communication
Proactively resolve issues and drive projects forward
Represent the company professionally with clients and partners
What We're Looking For
2+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with scheduling software and construction platforms (Procore, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a solution‑driven mindset
