Sales Associate III Responsibilities

Achieves individual sales goals. Develops strong product knowledge across all categories. Delivers exemplary customer service by providing the kate spade experience. Develops a personal connection with guests using appropriate selling skills. Elevates selling culture in partnership with Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Initiates business-driving events in store in collaboration with store leadership. Builds brand equity by understanding and communicating the kate spade brand aesthetic and lifestyle to the sales team and customers. Builds strong client relationships as a brand ambassador and communicates client feedback to leadership to improve service and sales. Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity. Performs and supervises store opening/closing procedures, including handling funds and securing the facility. Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders. Competencies
