What is Required (Qualifications)

1-3 years of retail management experience

High school graduate or equivalent

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience utilizing retail technology

Proven ability to lead and inspire others through coaching and mentoring

Familiarity with the competition and retail landscape
