Job Description Pay Range: $30.71/hr - $35.71/hr

This Retail Merchandising Specialist supports retail merchandising initiatives through end-to-end project coordination, product allocation, reporting, and store communication.

This role partners closely with planning, distribution centers, marketing, and field teams to ensure successful execution of merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

Define product quantities and propose allocation strategies by store.

Create and manage master data tickets and purchase orders.

Coordinate manual product pushes and communication with distribution centers.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations for stores including project rationale, product descriptions, selling points, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Develop and distribute store communication documents.

Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance post-launch.

Create visual merchandising guides for product drops and analyze performance.

Track marketing campaign results and provide performance recaps.

Support development of training materials for store teams.

Manage field requests and ad hoc stock requests for marketing events and bulk orders.

Conduct allocation analysis, execute push actions, and coordinate with distribution centers.

Generate weekly and monthly reports and support markdown analysis and end-of-season activities.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for all merchandising initiatives.

Requirement/Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Experience

Experience supporting retail merchandising, allocation, or related operational functions.

Should Have

Experience with SAP and business analytics reporting tools.

Knowledge of product allocation strategies.

Familiarity with visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualification And Education
