Core Focus of the Role This is a full-time, high-leverage position built around:
Content & brand execution
Performance analysis & insight translation
Creative direction and collaboration
Marketing operations & workflow optimization

Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Content & Brand Execution (40%)
Lead content creation across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, blog, podcast)
Own scripting, storyboarding, copywriting, and brand voice decisions
Design and oversee visual assets (Canva or similar tools)
Guide editors, designers, and collaborators with clear creative direction
Ensure brand consistency across all content and campaigns
Maintain clean, organized asset libraries and documentation only where it adds value
2. Performance Analysis & Strategic Insight (25%)
Monitor engagement, growth, and campaign performance across channels
Produce clear, actionable performance reports (written + Loom walkthroughs)
Translate metrics into insights the leadership team can act on
Identify trends, opportunities, and content directions based on audience behavior
Support paid media efforts (Meta & YouTube) through creative alignment and performance review
3. Marketing Operations & Workflow Optimization (20%)
Own and improve marketing workflows in ClickUp, Drive, and Slack
Identify low-value, repetitive tasks and eliminate, delegate, or automate them
Build templates and systems for reporting, prep, and recurring processes
Reduce friction caused by tool switching, approvals, and over-documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects moving without bottlenecks
4. Collaboration & Leadership Support (15%)
Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team
Prepare materials for meetings, launches, and weekly metrics reviews
Coordinate with PPC, UX, and external collaborators when needed
Provide clarity, structure, and follow-through across initiatives
Light executive or team support only where it directly supports marketing outcomes

Qualifications
Western hemisphere based
Has 2+ years experience in marketing, content, or creative operations
Communicates clearly, proactively, and confidently in English
Thinks in systems, not just tasks
Is fluent in Google Workspace, Canva (or similar), ClickUp, Slack
Is comfortable using AI and automation tools to eliminate low-value work
Thrives in startup environments where ownership matters
