The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for strategizing, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities
Oversees Fort HealthCare social media outlets, including strategy, budget, content (original text, images, and video), and analytics.
Executes campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, SMS, and display advertising.
Develops engaging content such as website copy, blog posts, videos, and social media updates, often collaborating with employees across the organization.
Manages the public facing website for the organization and makes recommendations based on best practices and what the market is looking for.
Identifies target audiences and research advertising trends and competitors' offerings to align with overall business strategy.
Implements SEO techniques and manages paid search (PPC) campaigns to increase organic traffic and visibility on search engines like Google.
Collaborates with other departments to coordinate promotions and increase reach, including supporting HR in recruiting.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years in a digital marketing role and/or managing social media platforms, SEM, website content, budget management, and reporting.
Basic video editing and photography experience; Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Suite or Canva. Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing role and/or managing social media platforms, SEO, SEM, website content, budget management, and reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to write clear and concise content based on the digital platform and audience; Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
Valid WI Driver's License
