Doubletree by HIlton Airport is seeking an organized and guest-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the front desk team. This role ensures seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out and resolves any issues promptly. Where You Can Make an Impact Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support as needed. Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service. Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve conflicts effectively. Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs. Oversee accurate check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes. Maintain front desk records and financial transactions with precision. Assist in implementing new procedures and technology to improve efficiency. Requirements Education/Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
Experience 2+ years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge/Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently under pressure. Familiarity with safety and security procedures. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
