Requirements Education / Formal Training

Experience
2+ years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge / Skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with safety and security procedures.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
