Job Title: Club Level Ambassador Job Number: HOT0C6Q3 Location: Conrad Washington D.C., 950 New York Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001 Organization: Hilton (Conrad Hotels & Resorts) Environment: Forbes 4-Star hotel with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining. Full-Time Schedule/Shift
Shift: Various – availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Compensation
Pay Rate: $29.50 per hour, based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Responsibilities
Greet and register guests, provide prompt and genuine service, and assist with VIP and Sakura Club guest registrations. Input and retrieve information in the computer system; prepare folders with room keys and welcome amenities; deliver personalized service. Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and retrieve mail and packages as requested by guests. Provide accurate information about hours of operation, local attractions, events, transportation options, and assist with reservations for restaurants, events, etc. Address guest concerns with discretion and judgment, and implement resolutions. Arrange and confirm recreation, business, and dining activities inside and outside the hotel; respond promptly to special guest requests. Support Club Level Attendants in maintaining overall appearance and services within the Club area. What We Look For
