Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction through on-site support including order replenishment, product put-away, and Lean (6S) procedures.
Partner with sales and business development teams to drive incremental revenue and growth through solutions.
Maintain 6S appearance of all solutions equipment and log activity in SFDC.
Maintain appropriate stock levels and support product expansion through spot buys.
Drive 100% safety compliance for the VMI team and recommend opportunities for solutions growth.
Support shared profitability improvement goals and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Inventory management or customer service experience preferred.
Relevant military experience a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 80% of the time.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long periods standing or walking.
Excellent verbal and written communication and time‑management skills.
