Position: Family Medicine Physician

Location: Lander, WY

Schedule: Full-Time About the Opportunity One of the region's most well-regarded healthcare facilities in spectacular Wyoming is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages

  • Diagnose, manage, and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans

  • Focus on preventive care, patient education, and overall wellness

  • Document patient encounters accurately in EMR and ensure continuity of care

  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
