We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Limited License Psychologist (LLP)
to join our growing behavioral health team supporting
adults in group home and foster care settings
throughout Michigan. This is a
full-time, hybrid
role that blends in-person client evaluations with remote documentation and care coordination.
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and community-based work.
What You’ll Do Conduct
psychological and behavioral assessments
for adults in group home and foster care environments Develop
treatment plans and behavioral interventions Provide
individual and/or group therapy
as clinically appropriate Collaborate with case managers, residential staff, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely
clinical documentation Travel locally to
client residences
to complete evaluations and services
What We’re Looking For Degree in Psychology
(Master’s or Doctoral level) Valid State of Michigan Limited License Psychologist (LLP) Current or prior experience
working with individuals with
behavioral health needs Reliable
vehicle and ability to travel
to client homes Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
Compensation & Benefits $90,000–$100,000 base salary $5,000 sign-on bonus Hybrid work model Full benefits package
