Are you a high-level administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced “white‑glove” service environment? We are seeking a proactive and sophisticated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a premier, award‑winning national leader in the luxury hospitality and commercial construction industry.

This critical role is for a strategic partner, not just a traditional administrator. As the CEO’s right hand, you will manage complex priorities in a dynamic environment where integrity, attention to detail, and a “figure it out” mentality are essential. Location: Deerfield Beach, FL  |  Pay: $65,000 per year  |  Job type: Temp‑to‑Hire  |  Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  |  Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Strategically manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing high‑impact meetings and project deadlines.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and high‑profile external clients; handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate detailed domestic travel itineraries, including flights, luxury accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in overseeing special projects, preparing high‑level PowerPoint presentations, and managing documentation for C‑suite initiatives.
  • Personalized Support: Handle sensitive, confidential matters—including personal errands or ad‑hoc family office tasks—with utmost discretion.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, record minutes during key meetings, and track follow‑up action items.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C‑Level executives (CEO, President, or Owner), preferably in construction, real‑time service, or hospitality sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a “service‑first” attitude.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to the Monday‑Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule.
  • Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and executive presence.
  • Experience preparing agendas and scheduling.
