Talent Acquisition Intern

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People & Culture team for the summer. In this role, you will support our Talent Acquisition Partner in Bedford, NH, gaining hands-on experience in frontline, corporate, and early-career hiring. You'll help strengthen our candidate pipeline, enhance our interview process, and play an important part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast started as a single bottling operation in Laconia, NH, in 1977. Over the past four decades, we've grown into a leading Coca-Cola bottler in the Northeast. Today, we employ more than 3,500 associates and operate 17 sales centers with a network of satellite locations across New England and New York. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with posting jobs, reviewing applications, and screening candidates across various departments

Coordinate interviews by partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates

Support our internship and early-talent programs, including scheduling, communication, and event coordination

Participate in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, social media projects, and community partnerships

Help maintain data accuracy and candidate movement within our ATS systems

Assist with onboarding activities such as Day 1 prep, orientation materials, and communication

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and process-improvement projects

Work on projects to support our Employee Value Proposition Program

Provide general support to the People & Culture team as needed

Job Requirements

Currently (or recently) enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Interest in pursuing a career in HR or Talent Acquisition

At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Willing to travel as needed (minimal)
