About the Role We are looking for a Data Quality Lead to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data across global systems. In a fast-growing environment, you will play a key role in guaranteeing that decision-makers have access to high-quality data for reporting, analytics, and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities will include:
Data Quality Management
Define and enforce data quality standards, processes, and controls.
Conduct regular audits to identify inconsistencies and ensure data integrity.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data protection policies.
Maintain documentation of data quality procedures and technical guidelines.
Monitoring & Reporting
Develop dashboards and KPIs to track data quality performance.
Follow the evolution of KPIs and track the corrections done locally.
Collaboration & Training
Work closely with internal cross‑functional stakeholders to align data quality initiatives. (Including regions - Finance, HR and IT).
Guide stakeholders on best practices for data entry, maintenance, and usage.
Continuous Improvement
Keep abreast of the trends in data governance.
Propose innovative solutions to enhance data reliability and usage.
What do we need from you Qualification Requirement
MBA – Good to have
Any Undergraduate – Information Systems
Data analytics certification – Good to have.
Minimum 5–7 years in data quality, data governance, or BI roles, ideally in an HR context.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of data management tools and BI platforms (Power BI, Power queries, Excel Macro, SQL, etc.).
Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and delivery processes.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proactiveness
Curiosity
