Senior Project Manager
Position Overview The Senior Project Manager will oversee and lead complex commercial construction projects within the mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing sectors. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional results in diverse environments such as universities, hospitals, and laboratories.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within commercial construction, specifically in mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects in universities, hospitals, and laboratories.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
