Our AmLaw 100 client is adding associates to its busy Merges & Acquisitions and Private Equity teams in Dallas. Expect direct client contact, high-visibility transactions, and a platform that rewards initiative.
Role Summary
Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and similar transactions
Draft and negotiate core deal documents and manage transactions end to end
Handle general corporate matters for portfolio companies and strategic clients
Candidate Profile
Law school class years 2018–2021
Significant hands‑on M&A experience and fluency with corporate law and market terms
Proven drafting skills, effective deal management, and comfort running workstreams with autonomy
Driven, business‑development mindset with the judgment to own client‑facing responsibilities
