Territory Development Manager – Unilever Food Solutions
Location:
Remote – Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range:
$69,360 – $104,040
Bonus & LTI Eligible.
Purpose of the Role Drive sustainable growth by engaging operators, chains, and trade partners across the U.S. Leverage data, CRM, and culinary expertise to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi‑touchpoint contact strategy (20% online, 80% face‑to‑face) to generate demand and deliver premium brand solutions.
Plan and conduct sampling, ideation, and cooking demos to secure new opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with local distributors and trade partners; coordinate promotions and seasonal events.
Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, submit claims, and track opportunities.
Deliver business targets: sales growth, reach & penetration, digital engagement.
Critical Skills
Strong hunting versus farming mindset (70/30).
Proficiency in AI, Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
Entrepreneurial mindset; excellent storytelling and culinary solutions.
Curiosity and continuous learning about food trends.
Experience selling premium brands with culinary solutions.
Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Mandarin).
Essential Experience
CPG food‑service B2B sales experience.
Culinary/chef selling experience.
Network of food‑service operator partners.
Distributor, ingredient, or broker sales background.
CRM (Salesforce) expertise.
Operator experience and market/geographical knowledge.
Food university background (CIA, Food & Hospitality).
Experience in a multinational corporate setting.
