Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for advocating for clients’ rights.
Key Responsibilities \ Case Management: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to gather facts, assess their cases, and provide legal advice and support.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Drafting Documents: Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Court Representation: Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediation as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and share insights.
Continuing Education: Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Washington.
0-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
