The practice handles sensitive regulatory matters, enforcement actions, and complex advisory work tied to national security, cross‑border transactions, and emerging technologies. J.D. class years 2018 through 2021 Meaningful experience with U.S. export controls, including EAR and ITAR Prior work advising on compliance, licensing, investigations, or enforcement Strong analytical skills and a clear, disciplined writing style Top academic credentials Why This Role
