The Role
Represent clients in securities enforcement actions and regulatory investigations
Work directly on matters involving the SEC and other regulators
Advise on compliance issues tied to enforcement risk and disclosure obligations
Draft briefs, subpoenas, Wells submissions, and investigative materials
Collaborate with partners and senior associates across offices on sophisticated matters
Candidate Profile
JD class years 2018–2022
Prior experience in securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, or related litigation
Strong writing skills and comfort handling regulator‑facing work
Experience from an AmLaw firm, government, or a comparable litigation platform
Bar admission in good standing or eligibility to waive into California
