Overview This individual will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes for electronic products, encapsulation and high‑level assembly, leading new product introduction projects and refining processes to optimize efficiencies, yields and productivity.

Responsibilities Coordinate design, set‑up, and validation of production lines to meet schedule and quality requirements. Design and set‑up fixtures and tooling as needed to support processes. Optimize automated equipment. Involve production, maintenance, quality, engineering and materials personnel in a team approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and reduction of process variation. Lead New Product Development manufacturing runs using project management techniques. Justify capital investments and select equipment to support project requirements. Conduct DOE, PFMEA, Kaizen Events, SPC, DFT, DFM, Kanban, and similar activities to ensure good manufacturability of PCB assemblies and final products. Ensure that all safety regulations, including regulatory controls, are carefully followed. Work as a key contributor in the execution of the Controls Division's strategic objectives. Maintain and continually improve the quality management system in the areas assigned with a risk management approach. Assure compliance to company procedures, policies and the most current revision of ISO **** standard.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university.

100% Bilingual Spanish/English, bi‑cultural.

At least seven years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with increasing levels of responsibility, in a high‑volume encapsulation manufacturing environment.

Keen sense of communication and the ability to build effective relationships.

Hands‑on, high‑energy individual with eagerness to learn and excel.

Tolerance for ambiguity and resilience to handle stressful situations.

Must have a thorough understanding of electronic assembly and technologies.

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proven experience in Project Management and MS Project proficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

Management experience in Manufacturing Engineering.

New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.

MBA or advanced engineering degree.

Familiar with AutoCAD, Mentor or other CAD tools.

Graco/Fluid Research Machine Operational and DOE Experience.
