AEM Product Owner – 18‑month contract in Charlotte, NC. Hybrid: in‑office 3 days per week.
This team owns the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) product, a content management system used by marketers and publishers. The product owner drives vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise digital experiences.
Job Scope
Application Product Owner for AEM: manage vision, strategy, and delivery of marketing content platforms. Work through end‑to‑end agile product lifecycle.
Make enterprise‑wide improvements to AEM that enable faster content authoring, quicker release cycles, and higher marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog; translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define test cases, review results, and sign off on feature readiness.
Promote testing mindset across the team; ensure quality standards are met.
Partner with Scrum Master to remove impediments and keep sprints on track.
Lead meetings to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment.
Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high quality.
