Issue / Renew certificate of deposit (Fixed deposit) Follow up with fixed deposit documents Update changes in interest rates Receive and process customer check deposits Issue cashier check 2) Loan Processing
Set up and update loan account details Process loan drawdown and rollovers Process loan disbursement (outgoing remittance) Process loan interest / principal payment Maintain loan related departmental records Maintain updated AIR Factoring system records 3) Wire / Remittance Transfer :
Process Incoming / Outgoing wire transfers Investigate / resolve inquiries on wire payment transactions Correct usage of FEDWIRE Direct and SWIFT wire payment systems Proper filing and maintaining records of wire payment instructions Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements on funds transfer activities Assist in regulatory inquiry of wire payment transactions Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred Experiences : Loan operation experience in financial services preferred Language skills : Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English preferred Software skills : Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word processing WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional off site client meetings and site visits.
