Your Role As a Senior Consultant in our Insurance team focused on Transformation Management, you will contribute to the design and execution of strategic programs that shape the future of the insurance industry. We are looking for Management Consultants with insurance transformation expertise to collaborate closely with our Insurance clients and internal teams and to guide insurers in updating their business models, operations, and technology. The role requires knowledge of the insurance value chain, products, and transformation strategies that drive growth and efficiency. You will advise clients across P&C, Life, Annuities, Group Benefits, Specialty, and Reinsurance on strategy, operations, technology enablement, and organizational design projects.
In this role you will:
Support the definition and delivery of insurance transformation roadmaps, including target operating models, process optimization, and technology modernization.
Participate in diagnostic assessments across the insurance value stream – from product development, underwriting, and policy administration to claims, billing, distribution, and servicing.
Translate business needs into transformation initiatives leveraging core platform modernization (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Life.io, EIS), data & analytics, and digital experience capabilities.
Analyze operating models across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life & Annuities, and Group/Voluntary Benefits, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and agility.
Develop business cases, cost‑benefit analysis, and change adoption plans for large‑scale transformation programs.
Collaborate with technology partners, systems integrators, and client teams to ensure business alignment through the full insurance life cycle.
Support go‑to‑market activities, proposal development, and thought leadership on emerging trends such as embedded insurance, ecosystem partnerships, AI/ML in underwriting and claims, and cloud adoption.
Qualifications & Experiences
5+ years of consulting or industry experience within Insurance (Property & Casualty, Life, Annuities, or Group Benefits).
Proven track record of delivering business or digital transformation initiatives (including leveraging AI/GenAI driven solutions) within insurance organizations.
Strong understanding of the insurance value stream, including product design, distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, finance, and compliance.
Knowledge of insurance business models (personal, commercial, group, specialty, reinsurance) and related regulatory frameworks.
Experience working with or advising on core system modernization, cloud migration, or digital platform enablement.
Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and cross‑functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Travel is required per 50‑75% dependent on client need.

Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 – $265,880.
