Job Description We are seeking a
Junior Accountant
to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on
accounts receivable, financial reporting, and transaction processing . This entry-level role includes managing ticket refunds, updating financial records, posting journal entries, preparing aging reports, and reconciling customer and supplier accounts. You will also assist in monthly closings and provide accurate data to support financial statements.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the ticketing system to manage daily refunds and operational tasks, ensuring smooth financial processing
Manage and monitor all accounts receivable (AR) processes, including accurate invoicing and timely collections
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently and professionally
Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR
Provide accurate AR data to support the preparation of financial statements and reports
Handle all ticket refunds and vouchers in coordination with the operations team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0-2 years of proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude
