Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for an Experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

Review customer purchase orders to assess requirements. Process and maintain customer purchase orders (e.g., order entry) inputting in SAP (ERP) and portal management. Interact with warehouse personnel and other functions such as Sales and Quality to ensure orders are resolved in an acceptable time frame. Prioritize orders with issues based on required ship date and perform analysis on whether orders can proceed without additional input. Research in SAP (ERP) to potentially resolve order issues. Review and act on open orders pending resolution. Ensure timeliness of shipment through internal coordination and liaison with other stakeholders for critical orders. Monitor and expedite orders with high complexity and urgency. Resolve customer claims with functional departments (Accounting, Quality Assurance, etc.) and support Account Receivables with cash collection. Maintain pipeline health on usage/demand on existing contract program; collaborate with Customer Sales Planner. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Basic Qualifications

6 or more years of related work experience. Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. Proficient knowledge of all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Must be able to analyze and generate reports. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aerospace hardware sales. Knowledge of the aerospace/aviation industry. Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in numeric reasoning and mathematical skills. Ability to work in a very fast‑paced environment with a high degree of accuracy. Drug Free Workplace
