Responsibilities Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Fire Alarm & Low-Voltage Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the fire and security systems industry. No prior experience is required—we provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and educational support.
Key Responsibilities
Pull, route, secure, and label low-voltage cabling (fire alarm, security, access control, cameras, data)
Assist with installation of:
Fire alarm systems and devices
Security and intrusion systems
Access control systems
Camera (CCTV) systems
Structured low-voltage data cabling
Support testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting under supervision
Learn proper job-site safety practices, tool usage, and ladder/lift operation
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Work closely with lead technicians and project managers
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts
Comfortable working on active construction sites
Basic hand tool knowledge is helpful but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background and drug screening
