This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader to join Libertatem Healthcare Group and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex care needs. As a Complex Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a dedicated care team to provide person-centred support to a gentleman in his 50s with a brain injury, helping him maintain his independence and engage in his interests.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for care, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and motivating the care staff, conducting spot checks and assessments, managing the rota, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also provide hands‑on care when required to maintain service continuity.

Pay & Hours Pay: £17.75 per hour on weekdays, £18.63 per hour on weekends.
Hours: 19 per week over two days (09:00 – 18:00 & 09:00 – 19:00).
Job responsibilities
Lead, support, and motivate care staff to deliver outstanding person‑centred care.
Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments.
Assist with rota management and ensure adequate staffing for each care package.
Maintain accurate care records.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and professionals.
Support with training and development of care staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
Provide hands‑on care when required to maintain service continuity.
