is working with our client in Knoxville, TN to hire Oncology RNs for their medical facilities. These positions are direct-hire roles.

Type:

Direct-Hire/Permanent

Pay Range:

$75,000 - 80,000+/year based on experience - relocation assistance available

Hours:

Full-time

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Correlates patient history and support systems within hospital care/nursing home care

Assesses learning needs of patient and family

Develops and initiates plan of care, involving patient and family

Recommends interventions

Evaluates plan of care

Resolves problems regarding moderately complex issues without oversight or supervision

Demonstrates active participation in unit or facility activities

Demonstrates willingness to precept employees/students as directed. Reviews clinical performance of preceptee with unit leader or clinical instructor

Demonstrates competence in performing critical skills to include appropriate delivery of care according to the age-specific needs of the population served

Supervises LPNs, Nursing Assistants, HUCs, Techs, and sitters

Qualifications Include:

HS Diploma or GED

Graduation from an accredited RN program and state RN licensure - active and in good standing

1 year of Oncology experience required - outpatient setting preferred

Extensive experience in outpatient oncology infusion is preferred

ONS chemotherapy biotherapy certificate preferred
