is partnering with our client in Knoxville, TN to hire an RN II for their Outpatient Clinic. This role is in person/onsite. Type:

Temp to Perm

Hours:

Monday – Thursday 8a-4:30p/Friday – 8a-3p

Pay Range:

$66,000-$82,000/year – based on experience

Responsibilities Include:

Adheres to established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program and safety standards

Precepts new employees/students as needed. Reviews clinical performance of preceptee with office manager or clinical instructor/supervisor

Cooperates with other personnel to achieve department objectives and maintain good employee relations, interdepartmental objectives and infection control policies

Prepares patients for scheduled procedures and assists in patient assessment. Accurately records history and performs basic triage procedures per policy

After retrieving condition of patients, creates nursing history and discusses recommendations for appropriate interventions to appropriate practitioner

Clinical expertise and knowledge is such that individual can resolve complex patient/management/physician problems without direct supervision

Demonstrates sensitivity to patient’s comfort and privacy by using the AIDET fundamentals of communication

Assist providers with examinations, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care

Maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients/families during their visit

Monitors and ensures accuracy of recording on patient medical records. Maintains all required reports, records, statistics, etc.

Ensures an adequate stock of supplies and well-maintained equipment.

Requirements Include:

HS Diploma or GED. Graduation from an accredited RN program

TN issued RN licensure – active/good standing

Minimum 3 years of Nursing experience

Pay Details:

$66,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year
