Scrum Master

Responsibilities

Facilitate all

Scrum ceremonies

(Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Coach teams on

Agile & Scrum best practices

Remove

impediments

and ensure smooth sprint execution

Work closely with

Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders

Track and report

Agile metrics

(Velocity, Burndown, Sprint progress)

Support

high-volume retail releases

(seasonal sales, promotions)

Drive

continuous improvement

and Agile maturity

Manage multiple Agile teams if required

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a

Scrum Master

Strong knowledge of

Scrum, Agile, Kanban / SAFe

Experience working with

global / distributed teams

Nice to Have

Scrum certifications ( CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master )

Experience with

Omnichannel retail platforms

Exposure to cloud-based retail platforms
