The Program Manager assists in the planning and organization of operational activities of a specific initiative within the organization, and assists in an oversight capacity for its daily operations. Working under direct supervision, this position helps establish key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the practice/medical group industry to measure program success, regularly assesses patient satisfaction levels, healthcare outcomes, and resource utilization, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in patient care.
This role is part of the Clinical Informatics Team.
Preferred experience STRONGLY PREFERRED: The program manager should ideally have the following experience:
Experience with accountable Care organizations with Federal regulatory programs.
Value-based reimbursement, EHR donation programs, community connect.
Significant years of experience managing large projects including epic certifications.
Ambulatory experience would be a plus.
