What You'll Do:

Provide skilled physical therapy services, including pelvic floor therapy, in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

Carry out individualized treatment plans for pelvic floor and functional mobility conditions

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, balance, and functional activities

Educate patients and caregivers on pelvic floor exercises, home programs, and safe mobility techniques

Document patient progress, outcomes, and responses to treatment

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care

What You'll Need:

Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

Pelvic Floor certification (required)

Degree from an accredited PTA program

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Current CPR certification

Strong communication, documentation, and time‑management skills

Home health experience (preferred)
