Senior Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a well-established California-based plaintiff law firm that is expanding its New York presence in Manhattan’s Financial District. The firm represents employees and consumers in high-impact class and representative actions, including matters involving wage‑and‑hour violations, discrimination, unfair business practices, and false advertising.
The firm is seeking a highly experienced senior attorney with a strong background in complex litigation to join the firm in a leadership capacity. This role is intended for a seasoned litigator who can step into sophisticated matters quickly, exercise sound strategic judgment, and operate with a high level of autonomy. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in advancing the firm’s complex litigation practice and supporting its continued national growth.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and file complaints, motions, and other courtroom documents
Conduct discovery, including reviewing documents and preparing responses
Take and defend depositions
Participate in court appearances and oral advocacy
Conduct legal research and prepare memorandaManage cases from inception through resolution or trial
Qualifications
8–10 years of Complex Litigation experience.
Preferred experience in Privacy Litigation, Consumer Class Actions, Antitrust, or other large‑scale, high‑exposure plaintiff matters
Active New York license to practice law
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice
Ability to manage a caseload with independence and initiative
Professional, collaborative, and organized
Defense attorneys seeking to transition to plaintiff-side work are encouraged to apply
Compensation and Benefits
Salary : $180,000 - $400,000
