Full‑time Property Manager – 304‑unit Apartment Community
Property Management Associates is seeking an experienced & dedicated Property Manager for an amazing 304‑unit apartment community located in Carson, CA. The community offers 2‑bedroom/2‑bath apartments. Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience managing 250‑unit or larger Class A property. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Yardi accounting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office. Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, paying particular attention to preventative maintenance items. Proven ability to market and lease apartments. Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills. Must live on‑site. One weekend day per week required. Valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance. Background check, DMV, and pre‑employment physical will be conducted. Benefits
