We welcome EXPERIENCED lash artists with active MA cosmetology or esthetician licenses. We offer a comprehensive, hands‑on lash training and professional development programs. Key Responsibilities
Lash extensions, lash lifting, lash tinting
Brow lamination and brow tinting
Client management, inclusive of checking clients in/out and building client loyalty
Self marketing and promotion via social media and other direct channels
Selling memberships, products and services
Ensuring a fun, friendly, comfortable, and sanitary studio environment
Qualifications & Skills ***Must have current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the State of MA***
Prior lashing experience is PREFERRED.
Willing to learn new techniques and partake in additional training. We will provide additional training and professional development for anyone with the right character, work experience, passion and commitment!
Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed. Regular schedules offered.
Be in the studio during specified hours, regardless of scheduled appointments.
Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Positive, proactive, and a team player.
1yrs+ eyelash extension experience preferred with client service industry experience an additional plus.
