Main Responsibilities include
Client Care & Services : Lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, client education
Studio Operations : Sanitation, check-in / out, team support, studio upkeep
Professional Growth : Training, ongoing skill development, world-class service standards
Requirements include
Must-Haves : Esthetician / cosmetology license, willingness to learn Deka Lash techniques, availability evenings / weekends, previous lash experience (required)
Nice-to-Haves : Sales experience, lash and / or brow certification, prior lash application experience
Soft Skills : Punctual, friendly, team-oriented, growth mindset
